I've seen a couple of people still arguing in the favor of SA's, saying it's "not worth it" to sell them, bla bla etc etc... It's actually the other way around, SA's are "not worth it" to buy in the first place. I can't believe the humongous amount of people who fail to understand something so god damn simple...

This is why entrance/EXP > SA:

Q) When you buy an advanced technique, what goes up in it for the next upgrade?
A) The price of that advanced technique, the bonus it gives.

Q) When you buy a special ability, what goes up in it for the next upgrade?
A) The price.

You don't see anything slightly "not worth it" in there? I do, and I'd call you an idiot if you say you didn't. I can't believe such a flawed system actually fooled so many people. Also, even though there is no doubt that SA's help you win quickly (and destroy your future), some of them are also ridiculously out of proportion from all the others. What do I mean by that? I'll tell you. In simple words, two of them are MUCH better than all the others. So if you are hell bent on having SA's, or if you really need that extra "edge" right now, then please, buy those two: special damage and special damage reducer. Also, if you buy them, levels 4/4 on each will be more than enough, going higher than that is just plain dumb. Why do I say this? Think about it. 20% of damage is quite a huge chunk. It makes every other SA look like horse shit. I know someone will pop up now and say "what about HP/stamina ones?". No, those are also crap and barely make a difference.

In summary, sell your god damn SA's and buy entrance, and if you really wanna keep some SA's, only keep the two I mentioned.

PS: Actually now that I think about it, it's also OK for TECHS to keep special mortal submission, cause that's the way they damage.

Ok, I've read everyone's posts, and understood them... Just to say, I wasn't really upgrading my SAs, I just wasn't gonna sell them, but I see your point now. More EXP = Advanced techniques, Advanced Techniques = Life saving, or at least that's how it seems to me with the ones I've got (and they're all pretty weak as well), so I'll be selling my SAs- I'm not gonna end up spending 760K on them, that's for sure!

Here's my hint for those valuable entrances ... VOTE VOTE VOTE ... I know it's boring clicking links, but if you vote everyday, you'll get 10 TP at the end of the week. And at the end of the month you can get major amounts of TP for high highly TWG placed on all those sites. I got 27 TP for June, and I wasn't even able to vote everyday. Then you take those TP, and spend them on special tournaments ... look for the ones that cost 6 TP but give you 4800 FE just for signing up. If you should win a match, that's another 2400 FE ... In no time flat you've got enough money for yet another entrance. I took my 27 and along with the money I earned from invitationals and other challenges, changed them into 3 new entrances, all during the off week between seasons. And all it cost me was taking a couple minutes out of my day to click on a bunch of silly links and the occassional typing of anti-bot codes on some of the sites. Anyway, that's my two cents worth, just in case no one has said it yet ... at least on TWG, you're votes really do count for something.
